Renowned Cheyenne/Arapahoe artist Hachivi Edgar Heap of Birds was here at MSU scoping out his two-week residency next spring. Edgar will be working with students on a series of prints, as well as a public installation. The RCAH has many possibilities to bring in radical artists (in both senses of the term), such as Edgar. Favianna Rodriguez will be here next month. Hopefully this is only the beginning of the number of amazing arists we bring to Mid-Michigan.
